How do I wash my garments?

We advise that you wash inside out at 30 degrees with natural air drying. 

Can I mix & match sizes and colors?

Yes! You can mix and match any available sizes and colors.

How do I choose the colors and sizes I want?

You will need to be looking at a product page. Scroll down and look at the drop-down menu for each item located under color and size sections.

How does sizing work?

Sizing can vary depending on the particular collection and style. That's why we include a detailed sizing chart on every product page to take out the guesswork. If you still have any questions, feel free to contact us. 

Payments

Let’s talk about money. What forms of payment do you accept? 

All major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay.

Do you offer discount codes?

Yes, we offer discount codes! 

How can I get a discount code?

Sign up for our email list so that you don’t miss out on special offers! Also follow us on Instagram and Facebook for the latest news.

How do I use a discount code?

First, you need to have a valid discount code. Add items you’d like to order on your cart and click checkout. Under “Show Order Summary” section, enter the discount code. Hit Apply to deduct the amount from your order total.

Can I use more than one discount code per order?

Unfortunately, we only allow one discount code per order. 

Orders

How do I check my order status?

Please check the SMS or email you received during your order. There will be an "Order Status" link to check the status. 

I have placed my order but have not received an order confirmation?

There may be just be a small delay on our server sending our your email which may take up to 5 minutes. Also, can you check your junk folder as this maybe where the email has gone? Have you checked your email address is correct?

If none of this helps - please email us and we can help you!

Will I be notified when my order is shipped?

Yes, the same method you received order confirmation, you will get another heads up when the order is on the way.

Can I add a note in with my order?

Unfortunately, not possible at this moment. 

Delivery

I’m so excited! How quickly do you ship my order? How long will it take to receive it?

We usually ship in 2-3 business days and it may take another 2-5 business days depending on how far you are from Southern California. 

What shipping company do you ship through?

Your orders are shipped via USPS.

Oh no! I have made a mistake on my order! Can you change it?

You must contact us as quickly as you can. Please email us and we will see how we can help you. If your order is shipped, unfortunately we cannot make any changes.

Can I pay to get my order quicker?

Yes, there is an option to upgrade shipping method. 

I was out when you tried to deliver! What do I do now?

Contact your local post office – they probably left a note to your mailbox.  

Return & Refunds

What if I am not satisfied with my order? What is your return policy?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will happily accept your brand new merchandise in unused condition within 30 days first purchase for a refund or an exchange (excluding the shipping charges), subject to the following conditions:

     1. All return items must be in its original condition, which means the products cannot be worn, washed, or tampered in any way.

      2. If you request a refund, the original price you paid minus the shipping charges and $10 re-stocking fee will be credited back to your account after we receive the item back and have confirmed that all return conditions have been met.

      3. All refunds will be issued in the form of which the original payment was made, and it may take up to 1-2 business days.

      4. Make sure you have a tracking number for the return package – we will not be responsible for any lost package during the return transit.
